Wii Remotes

My Wii remotes are pretty old but recently they've stopped charging. The light on the charging station is blue for a moment but then it says they've finished charging when they haven't. After that they won't charge anymore. Do I need new remotes/batteries or can I fix this?

Sounds like a similar issue to the charging dock I used to have. The problem ended up being the dock, not the Wii remotes. My suggestion is to pop in a couple of regular AA batteries to make sure the remotes themselves are ok, and if they are I would look into either getting a new charging dock or getting new battery packs.
