Why can I get Mii outfit B in mario kart w?

In the gamespot guide it said that you had to unlock all the expert ghosts and I unlocked all the fast ghosts (I guess they are the same thing) and i still didnts get it!

once you unlock all the expert staff ghost, turn off your wii and then turn it on again, once you load your file again a congratulation message will appear and tell you that you have unlocked mii outfit b

I'm struggling with this as well. I can't seem to get outfit B no matter what I do. Have all the other characters.

I went through and beat all the normal ghosts, I'm also stupid enough having wasted my time beating all the expert ghosts as well (have been through and checked twice...)!!!

Oh where are you hiding outfit b?

Any further thoughts?

i have unlocked mii outfit b with no problems... sounds like those of you who are having trouble must have doen something wrong? by the way yoshi falls and ghost vally are the hardest to unlock (expert ghost data) by far because they are such short tracks.
