When I'm battling a trainer in any Pokemon game, they'd have like 2 rattatas or 3 pidgeys or something... maybe Nintendo does this so it's harder to fill up your Pokedex, and so that you see new Pokemon at a slower pace? I don't know, but for example in Pokemon Silver/Gold the bird gym leader had a pidgeyand a pidgeotto. It makes it look like there isn't enough of a variety of Pokemon available, when there's actually so many... He could of had a doduo or a spearow... or a farfech'd, or a hoothoot! :D I mean it's not that big of a deal, but it makes the battles too easy. What do you guys think of the trainers with the same Pokemon?
Who else thinks it's dumb that trainers have more than one of the same Pokemon?

Exactly what I've thought. Maybe someday some guy will have 6 gyarados. Lol. i'm scared now :shock:
