I'm not really the mini-game kind of person, but I liked Wario Ware: Smooth Moves a lot.

I'd say Mario Party, it's a big improvement from six and seven.

Wii sports is the closest I will come to owning a minigame collection these days, and so I guess it's my favourite if it counts.

I dislike them as they have limited replay value as they get boring, The only one I own is Wii Play because I got it free with a Wiimote, so yeah. Mario Party is quite entertaining for a while, but gets boring once all minigames have been outplayed. I really want the Wii to get less minigame compilations, and concentrate on more mainstream games; much like the 360, that has been getting some seriously awesome games, which is tempting, however I'm only going to get one if I can find it extra cheap.

Wario Ware: Smooth Moves is the besy, since mini-games are best in large party situations, and up to 12 people can do this on Wario Ware.

I'm going to have to go with Wii Sports, though Warioware: Smooth Moves is in a close second.
