go to best buy at about 3AM on sunday morning and wait... thats pretty much the only way to make sure you get one unless you want to pay near double on Craigslist or Ebay.
I suggest going to a real Canadian superstore because when i lined up at best buy for 12-13 hours, after getting a WII, i heard that peoplel just walk in and buy one because no one really thought of superstore as a game place.
just call toysrus and ask them when theyre getting theyre next shipment, then go to the store right when it opens. Thats exactly what i did. it was soo easy. but itll probably be a lot harder to do that this time of year.
