I know that Suda-51 was interested in doing a mature style mario game. Maybe they are working on a cell shaded Zelda with No more Hereo style controls. More of a action/adventure.......But we will c soon.
No. It is unlikely that it'll be Zelda. If it was - well not revealing any information about what the game is based on but putting a triforce in the middle of the screen is a 'tad too obvious.
I'm 99.9% sure it has nothing to do with Zelda, because Marvelous probably won't ever be involved with any Zelda games. Also, a new Zelda title would be a huge announcement best saved for E3, and I doubt Nintendo will ever outsource the franchise again (unless it's with Capcom and on a handheld).
