Link.

Table Tennis

Golf

Both of the games will use WM+.

I'm excited for the gold--it should be good with WM+. It's also nice to see that the visuals got a bit of an upgrade. :]

Neither of these are truly *new*, but I do hope WM+ will give them a new life (more in the case of Table Tennis than Golf)

A game from Wii Play and a another golf remake? Oh well, it should feel like a whole new experience (hopefully) with M+ So, that makes a total of 5 to my knowledge. Hope to see more :) Frisbee Throwing Jet Skiing Sword Combat Table Tennis Golf

I really liked golf in Wii Sports, I really hope it will be a bit deeper though, with a larger variety in the courses and more important....many more courses. I'm not too enthusiastic about table tennis. The mini game in Wii Play was waay to simple, but I guess this will be more of a simulation. I think a ball sport would be nice too, like Basketball where you could make lay-ups or freeshots, or even dribble around the field. Arching or shooting could be fun as well.

The table tennis game in Wii Play is two floating paddles that you don't even need to manually swing (if I remember right). Just seeing the picture above, we can tell that the Resort one will allow more control.

The more games the better, I'd say. I doubt that golf is replacing a different, better game won't be in the game because golf is included. It's just an added bonus, as far as I'm concerned.

Looking ok. I'm hoping Nintendo is adding a bit more meat and depth to the game compared to WiiSports.

Im a bit disappointed with the new announced sports.

Table tennis hardly gets my blood pumping although you never know

Whilst golf....again. Even with Motion Plus, are Nintendo just recycling old sports now?

I still can't believe they are charging us for a sequel of a Demo that came with the system.

hmmm....I'm definitely excited for Golf. I loved Golf in WS, and I hope they include more than 9 holes. It would've been really nice to see some sort of online included into this adaptation of Wii Sports. Hopefully one day, we'll get Mario Golf with online. $20 on it being better than Tiger 10'

Table Tennis...meh. This doesn't surprise me, because it's something you do at a resort (or at least the ones I've been to.). Isn't there supposed to be a few more games as well besides these 5? I swore I read there was 6-8 games total.

I would've layed good money on Shuffleboard being included, but alas.....it wasn't. I'd tear you guys up with my shuffle style. :)

well, let's guess what else could be included. Thus far, we have;

Jet Skiing

Sword Dueling

Frizbee Throwing

Table Tennis

Golf

What else could you do at a Resort?

Para-sailing? Croque? Shuffleboard? VolleyBall? Tennis again? Swimming? Ball Room Dancing? Tis' a mystery indeed

I still can't believe they are charging us for a sequel of a Demo that came with the system.

OreoMilkshake

Show me where Nintendo claims it was a demo.

Are you implying that Wii Sports is a complete game? Please, I would love to hear how you can support that statement. Wii Sports is aDemo that "demonstrates"(Demo) the capabilities of a Wii-Mote and Nunchuck, that's it.

On topic:

They really need Boxing in this one again. WM+ Boxing would be the best minigame on there again. But this time, it would be online.

I don't think I would goto that Resort if they had boxing. I'd rather spend my time chasing women, then watch men throw blows at eachother.

I forgot, my timeshare in Florida has Putt-Putt as well, but I doubt that will be in there when we get Golf again. Maybe it will be a mini-game included with Golf.

That would be called a tech demo. Which is basically a full game made to show off the capabilities. Just like Yoshi Touch & Go. No superior version of Wii Sports was made. Wii Sports Resort is different.

When you put it that way, forget Boxing. I would like Minigolf as well.

Still a form of a Demo so, I win. :P

While I highly doubt it'll happen, it would be awesome if golf ended up with downloadable content. Being able to download another 9 holes course every 2-3 months would be cool.

yeah it would be pretty nice. Like different cups...(thinking Mario terms here)

The Koopa Classic

Mushroom Kingdom Masters

Shy Guy Open

etc.

I really hope Nintendo dev's a Mario Golf game on us, or at least...lets Camelot do one. They could add Galaxy's gravity effects for challenge modes, as well as black holes not allowing for certain easier shots, etc. It could get tricky lol

I would like to see badminton, I really don't want to see tennis redone from wii sports since we already have two motion plus tennis titles on the way. Surfing would be interesting too. Just hope there is the rumoured 10 games or more which leaves another 5 to be announced. Oh for wii boxing if it used motion plus would it be able to track just the wiimote in 1:1 motion or the wiimote and the nunchuk??

Motionplus can really give golf a new feel, and table tennis is just awesome no matter what.
