Anyone who can't beat the game on very hard should just quit playing. Nah, I'm just kidding. But yeah, very hard is really easy for a lot of people.Paper_Luigi

i had the HARDEST time unlocking all the chars XD but that was a while ago (years lol)
The best way to get good at Smash Bros is to play against 3 players on the same team (Red, Blue, or Green team so they can't damage each other), human or CPU opponents (if CPU, use level 9 difficulty). A really good Smash Bros. player can handle this.
Oh, and make sure to pick difficult opponents like Link, Marth/Roy, and Captain Falcon (because anybody can beat 3 Jigglypuffs on the same team).
The best way to get better at it is to play with 3 other friends, even if they are about the same level as you. An average smash bros player is sometimes better than the computer on level 9. That's what I did, and now very hard is pretty simple.
