I think April 9th is the day it arrives in stores. Then they are sold the next day, so April 10th most likely. This happened to me before with a game. EBgames.com said one thing, store clerk said another thing. Lol
When Final Fantasy III for the DS came out it was available at Gamestop the day after the ship date; best buy did not get it until a day after that I think.

 My local Target had Medal of Honor on the shelves for sale on the 26th - 2 days early. I guess it depends on when they are shipped the games.

That would be employee error and something the store could get fined for. Most stores put games out on the Tuesday release date, but sometimes shipments don't come in on time.
