Animal Crossing, while it may be criticized by macho bravodos, is one of the only DS games that just keeps on going (energizer bunny anyone?). Sure I might not play the game for 6 months, but when I do, I can't wait to pluck the weeds from my town, and see what fish are in season. Simply put, Animal Crossing is game that you can always go back to, whether in between new releases, or if you'r just wanting to pass some time. Owning a DS and not owning animial crossing, is like owning a Nintendo Wii, and not owning Zelda: Twilight Princess. (in other words, it's pointless).
