You get the hat if you pre ordered at Gamestop. I hope they have the hat. Even if they accidentally don't, ill just walk out of the store with the game hat less *sob*.
If you own a ds you should get this game I would have to say its gunna be the most original game in a long time and im gunna have to look into the hat preorder thing

It's a 7.5. It has some serious issues (mostly in regards to the controls) but they can be overlooked in favor of how unique the game is. You will get your money's worth out of this game but game of the year this is not. Hopefully the sequel will be more refined.

the game is awesome, i bought it at gamestop, no hat but still i got the game :) (i knew the dude there) they alraedy got the games but they cant sell em till 15 sep. but yeah you know, im really special so they couldn't resist

The controls are a joke. The controls are a completely and utterly ridiculous, pre-alpha Big Rigs type of broken mess that will have you want to saw your arms off. They are really, REALLY bad. As in, "why not have another 10 or 20 attempts at this level because you're randomly dying and glitching around"-bad. The same goes for the physics. Worst sandbox-game physics I have ever seen. Completely wonky, frustrating and unpredictable. If it weren't for the awesome library and the occasional awesome situation/solution, this game should not have been released in the state it is.

A lot of people have. It's not uncommon for people with connections to store employees to get games a little early. And thus far the big two complaints about this game have been that the controls are unredeemable and that a lot of the items are either generic sprites, carbon copies of other items, or both.

yeah thats true, but still i thought the game was fun to play and worth getting :)
