Mario Kart Wii, no doubt about it. I love Nintendo 1st pary titles, and Mario Kart has always been a favorite. I really can't wait for Fatal Frame, too, but that wasn't in the poll.
I know I'll love Mario Kart but I've played racing games on the Wii, I've yet to play anything like Wii Fit.
The other two are meh. Okami was exciting until I saw what Nintendo Power thought of it and I'm just not a fan of Star Wars unless it's got Legos mixed in.
Mario Kart for me. I have yet to play a racing game on the wii. Okami looks great as well, but can't compete with MK. I'm not a star wars fan and I just not all that excited about wii fit. The only reason I'd get it would be if great games came out for the balance board.
It comes down to Mario Kart Wii and Star Wars: TFU. But I think that I can rely on Mario Kart being a good game whereas I'm still unsure about how TFU will turn out.

Yeah I'm really hoping the graphics are as good as they claim to be, but more importantly, I'm hoping the controls respond well. *crosses fingers*
