Does anyone know if or when a pink 3DS will be available.
A red 3DS will be in stores by September 9th. But Pink? I do not believe Nintendo ever showed off a pink 3DS.
Maybe they'll release info about a limited edition pink 3DS During October. Pink stuff tends to come out then.

No, only red. There will be a looooooooooooooooooooooooooong time with no new colors. So just decide between red, black or blue.
