shows a picture of grass, and upon zooming in there appears to be a small purple blob, which strikes a resembalance to a pikmin and it says NEXT MONTH

so, i doubt they'd' be teasing NPC Pikmin2

I would seriously doubt Nintendo would allow EDGE to showcase one of their big games, that is saved for a place like E3 where the media can gobble it up.

It depends when next months magazine comes out.

If it is after E3 then they probably are allowed to have it.

If it is before, i don't think nintendo would allow them to have it in their magazine seeing that they would probably want to save it for E3

You guys are assuming that Pikmin 3 is the "big game" that Nintendo is going to unveil at E3. I mean, I hope is, but what if they're going to show us even better?

But I don't see what else that picture could be for besides Pikmin 3.

This seems kinda like a stretch...

Why let EDGE reveal it? I was under the impression that EDGE isn't to fond of Ninty, and vice versa.

This. If the next edition is only published after E3 I would agree it is probably Pikmin 3, but since I guess it will come before E3 I find it very unlikely it will be Pikmin 3.

Why Edge, though? I don't ever remember Nintendo announcing a game through a magazine unless it's NP. Even then, it usually not a high profile game like Pikmin.
