Arigatou. I don't have Animal Crossing yet. If I bought the Japanese version, do you think I would be able to play with you? Can you play Animal Crossing with Japanese players?
None that I know of. Nintendo won't even let you add people as friends that you meet on WiFi, so I can't see them letting you voice chat. If they did, about all the english you would learn would be swear words.
Custom Robo Arena, Metroid Prime Hunters, and Animal Crossing Wild World are the only games that have voice chat at the momet. Pokemon Diamond/Pearl will have voice chat soon but its not out in the US yet. Those games are the only games with voice chat
