Sorry if old
It got a 4.5. Thats a low score thought it would do a bit better. Thoughts?

I'm not suprised it got that score.
If you've played one Samurai Warriors/Dynasty Warriors game you've pretty much played them all. Fun for an hour or two then gets extremely boring. Gives new meaning to the words repetative, dull, unimaginative...
I'm amazed people still buy the games and support the franchise. You'd think they could at least add online co-op or something to make it worthwhile.
When was no wii speak a bad thing? I mean only like 3 wii games use it.FightingfanNo lots of games use wii speak i have lots of them Nba2k has wii speak, madden,Conduit and more
It's Koei. They literally have not changed Dynasty Warriors/ Samurai Warriors (they're both THE SAME SERIES) since... the first one. It's going to get old after yearly installments.
Got the game played it ..& I didn't like it. Very boring..go here kill that guy, go there kill that other guy,..now kill your ally. Very pretty but that's abt it. This one is going to the trade piles.
They tried to change the series up with Strikeforce, which got a 6.5 from GS I think. Kinda sad that's the highest score they've gave a Dynasty Warrior game in over 3 or 4 years now. I was kinda expecting Samurai Warriors 3 to be better, though. It's Koei. They literally have not changed Dynasty Warriors/ Samurai Warriors (they're both THE SAME SERIES) since... the first one. It's going to get old after yearly installments.

[QUOTE="nintendofreak_2"]it got old 5 years ago. You're wrong. They've been out for more than 5 years. It's Koei. They literally have not changed Dynasty Warriors/ Samurai Warriors (they're both THE SAME SERIES) since... the first one. It's going to get old after yearly installments.

"Haters going to hate", it's honestly not surprising though as a lot of people are ignorant of the "Warriors" series.
P.S. Besides the fact that Gamespot is biased I heard some fans aren't enjoying the game too much either, play Samurai Warriors 1-2 instead.

well It's not that I didn't like Dynasty Warriors (I accually liked it.) but Because of the repetitive nature that Dynasty Warriors has (assuming Samurai Warriors is pretty much the same) I can see why they give it a low score.
Honestly I don't think it's a big issue. People who know what the series is like either like it or don't by now. . ChojutoI think this sums it up.
[QUOTE="Fightingfan"]When was no wii speak a bad thing? I mean only like 3 wii games use it.Rod90Of course it's a bad thing. Most online-enabled games should support the wii speak by now. Right, even if it is to be expected, it is still bad.

Its natural to have voice chat and also have features to block voice chat if you are not an adult. Nintendo need to understand that with features that are all about intercommunication, you need tools like voice chat and text chat. If it takes too much time out of development, create dev tools to streamline it. It SHOULD be a standard. Imagine facebook with no chatting.
