so PC is getting the 2nd patch first. i assume x1 and ps4 will get it in a few days...
and the switch has yet to get the 1st patch!.... so it might be safe to assume it will not get the 2nd patch either when x1/ps4 get it.....
however the developer says all patches will come to all platforms. the switch version still has no online.
anyway the new patch adds 35 more players along side the 15 from the last patch....
so this is all the new players
