So today I called nintendo About the Problem I was having with Connecting my Wii to the internet using a WFC, So i get ahold of someone and tell her what the problem is, She goes threw all the problems I might have with the Pc and the Wiis connection like the interferiance. About after an hour or so we have gotten nowhere of anything, So she needs to go ask for assistance. She puts me on hold, And to my surprise She hangs up on me like she didn' know wha't to do and she didn't wan't to deal with it. So I get all frustrated and give em a call back, And As soon as it picks up a Loud beeping noise pops up like it means "I'm not here right now so please call back later" Kinda thing. SO my experiance when I called Nintendo Was a big waste of time... :?

Honestly dude, it really sounds like she might have accidentally hung up on you. It's pretty easy to do with a phone that has multiple lines and a hold function. I do it at work all the time. I mean, she speant an hour with you, she obviously cared and was doing whatever she could even if she couldn't do much. She had followed her protocol, and had exhausted all of her options. While I guess it is possible she just "hung up" on you, I couldn't really think she wasn't really going to get someone who could help you better. Why would she not do that and hang up instead. It just wouldn't make sense and that's just not how customer service (usually) should work. i would just try again later and keep some faith.

If it happens again...well that's a different story.

I used to work in a call center and that sort of thing happens (accidental hangups when transferring someone to a different dept)

Really? When I called them when my broke in February they helped me out a lot. I explained the problem, they went of possible faults on my part, and after about 15 minutes they decided to just give me a free one.

Actually I called them awhile back about my wii not being able to read the disks and they were a big help, But I called them about this problem twice today and they had no idea about anything at all. I just called another back and he didn't know what to do either and said he would have a Wi-Fi specialist give me a call back later so I will see how that goes.

There's very little I would expect them to be able to do except the frequent, really stupid mistakes people make. It's probably related specifically to your wireless router/modem.
