Munchlax?

I know to catch him you have to slather honey on trees.

Thing is that I've been trying for like 2 months pretty much every day and he never appears :shock:

Are there certain trees / times of day that makes him appear more?

Does it matter how long you wait?

Does it matter if you slather the same tree with more then one honey.

I cannot breed one as I havn't beaten the game yet.

can't u just cheat and mess around with the ds' internal clock? sure it'll screw up all your diary and stuff for a while, but its probably still a viable way of getting it.

but i think the guy i always tried to get but never could was feebas in ruby/sapphire. god damn. he only appears in certain patches of water. its impossible to tell which patches he appears in. even if he does appear in that patch, chances are you won't encounter him. not to mention you have to use your fishing rod, and mind you, this was r/s/e meaning you have to time your button presses which can take a lot of time leaving impatient people like me screwing up by the 20th time or so.

it was too hard for me to find so i gave up and migrated a snorlax from my firered and breed a munchlaxfireXfox

yeah but he hasn't beaten the game yet he said
