Most disappointing Wii game.

This isn't about which game is the worst, it's about which game you thought would be good, but wasn't ( in your opinion of course ).

Excite Truck for me. I've seen N64 games with more content. It felt like a generic racer with motion control, which still wasn't acceptable even for the Wii launch.

out of all the games i've played the only game that was really disappointing was Super Paper Mario, didnt do enough research on it. finished on the 6 or 7 level and couldnt finish it

Alien Syndrome was the biggest disappointment for me. They hyped it up to be a sci-fi based Diablo type dungeon crawler with awesome controls. What we got was a hot steaming pile of horrible. I think the concept was good, but it just wasn't done worth a damn. Mike1978Smith

i have a brief list. #1 being the most dissapointing, and the last being dissapointing, but the least dissapointing in the list.

1. Soul Calibur Legends

2. Mario and Sonic at the Olympics

3. Elebits

4. Sonic and the Secret Rings

5. Mario Party 8 (it was still an ok game tho!)

Super Paper Mario.

However, any Data Design Interactive games (Anubis II, NinjaBread Man,...) should be on the list. At least, Super Paper Mario is way better than these garbage games.

They weren't disappointing. Nobody expected anything from them, everyone knew they were awful, and if you did look forward to them you deserve to feel the sting of disappointment.

I would have to say Pokemon Battle Revolution. I only bought it for Wi-fi, but the wi fi didn't have very many options. It had no mini games like the pokemon stadium games and no RPG like the colloseum and XD games, making it even more dissapointing. Even the graphics are lousy. Charizard looks like a balloon animal.

Sonic Secret of the Rings. I played it and had a blast for the first couple hours, then it quickly went downhill. Everytime I had to move backwards dropped my enthusiasm more and more. Attacking becomes a chore quickly, and the lock-on barely works. A fun game that gave me hope for Sonic eventually became my biggest wii disappointment.

Red Steel is the closest second, I wanted fps controls to work like the previews promised and I got worse than n64 controls. It would have been number one, but it failed from the very start. The fish tank to configure aiming was so stupid. I had no time for my hopes to be built up before being destroyed.

Red Steel for me. I remember hyping that game so much, and ended up getting incredibly dissappointed on the day I saw the review. Funny, yet unbelievable thing was that I think I saw the review score in a dream. 5.5 . It's hard to explain.Zombchu
