Mario Kart Wii hacks

I have a modded wii, is there a way to hack MarioKart playing off my own game disc?
Original purchased disk into machine.
Every hack I have seen thus far is for playing the game online.
Can I play with the hacks against the machine itself?
Any help would be appreciated.

See, I`m probably old enough to be your grandpa.
I figured if I owned the Wii and the game then trying to do this wasn't illegal.
I watched a video on you tube of someone bombing the crap out of stuff in mariokart and it made me laugh so hard. I wanted to know how to do it.
That's all I wished to accomplish.
If only I knew a 10 yr old kid haha.

@tinman_iii: I highly doubt you are in your 90s, as my grandparents would be if they were still alive. While copyright laws may have allowed this in the past, GameSpot has made it abundantly clear that discussions of this sort are not allowed on their forums; as per the links I referenced.
