Hey it's my first post, I just recently bought a 3ds XL with Pokemon black 2. Looking for a good game to get for it. Was thinking about super mario 3d land, ocarina of time , or animal crossing. Which one do you guys recommend. Also I'm down for other suggestions if you have any. Thanks.
Mario 3d and Zelda are both excellent. I had more fun with mario 3d simply because it was a new game. Some people say its too easy but I have found the alternate/secret levels to be pretty challenging if you are trying to get all the coins.Â

Have you ever played advance wars? it plays like that. Regardless, it's a strategy RPG that can best be summed up as sophisticated chess. You build, level and control an army of unique characters through the game.
Oh, Yay! You're going to have so much fun! I recommend: Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask Animal Crossing New Leaf Harvest Moon: a New Beginning I have yet to play Fire Emblem, but you can download a demo on the e-shop.
Kid Icarus: Uprising, Fire Emblem: Awakening, Legend of Zelda: Ocraina of Time, Star Fox 64 3DS, Resident Evil: Revelations, Kingdom Hearts: DDD, Etrian Odyssey IV, Final Fantasy: Theatrythm, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, Tales of the Abyss, Metal Gear Solid 3DS if you get a CPP, Zero Escape, Rythm Thief, and Shin Megami Tensei Soul Hackers.
Wow I didn't realize the 3ds had so many great titles. Loving my purchase of the console, especially when you factor in that is plays ds games as well.

Keeping in mind that it does play DS games, Super Mario 64 DS can use the 3DS circle pad for movement, making it the definitive version of the game when played on that system. Worth checking out, and if you like classic RPGs Final Fantasy 4 DS is stellar as well.
