Immersive Gameplay

one of my most favorite aspects of a video game is how it can immerse you into itself and make you feel like you'r their in the game battling monsters and saving the day! the wii has an edge against other consoles when implementing this feature in its games because of its innovative control scheme via the wii-mote.

So what wii games do you guys think can really put you right their into the game. I made a list of my top 3:

1.) Zelda TLP

2.) Mario Galaxy

3.) RE 4

Good List, but I would make two changes:

1. Super Mario Galaxy

2. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption

3. No More Heroes

Most of my RE4 playing time is really late at night. Playing in the dark makes a phenomenal difference when it comes to pulling you into the story(I found I shoot zombies in the face much more accurately when I'm a little scared).

Mario Galaxy's colorful look and outer space backgrounds make it equally immersing.

i was happy they released all the RE games on GC. i bought them all used over the summer and stayed up till 3am almost every night playing those games on the wii.

i feel that horror games become twice as good and immersive when played after midnight.

A good immersion level is the #1 thing I look for in a game. Here are my picks:

1) MP3

2) SMG

3) LoZTP

paper mario had some really good story telling in it. really dragged u into it.

i think a third party developer could make a really amazing immersive game using the wiis features.

i want to see a game in the first person using the wii mote like your hand or something and adventuring through forests or caves..... i dont know thats kinda starting to sound like a first person zelda game but that kinda sounds cool.

bottom line is i really cant wait to see how the wii's features get used in the next zelda, its probably gonna be amazing.
