Im Looking For A Game With Good Replay Ability and/or Open-Ended Story

You should wait for the upcoming, "The Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass" game for the DS.  Zelda games always have very deep stories and good replay value.  If you don't mind the cartoonish graphics then you should definitely buy it when it comes out.
