I need a long game

I haven't really bought a DS game since Advance Wars last summer, but I'm preparing for a trip to Italy and, since the flight is 18+ hours, I figured I would play DS all the way there (what else would I do, sleep?).  I need recommendations for a good, long game, preferably an inexpensive one :D , that I could play on the flight.  I already have AWDS, Yoshi TaG, Super Mario 64, Animal Crossing, MKDS, and WarioWare.  Also, a game with good multiplayer and depth would be preferable (kinda like Advance Wars...I've clocked 100+ hours on that game), because I'm going with a bunch of friends and many of them have DSs...we were just gonna play Advance Wars the whole way there, but I think that would get a bit repetitive...

Oh, and I don't post here often, so if this is against the board rules (like if there is a sticky about this), I'm sorry in advance, so please don't flame.

Both games are ones that no true gamer should be without. If you like RPG's then they don't get better then that duo

Pokemon because while being a great RPG it also has the collection going for it.

Etrian because it's as old school hardcore are you can get on ANY system made today.

eitheer puzzle quest or spiderman 3 or Mp:H it is really good that game last me about 85hrs+ getting 100 percent and good luck in italy :) but puzzle quest seems kinda lame but it is oppiste i was rejected games for a little bit but  i am picking up  star wars lethal alliance some time soon so if i pick it up before u get on the plane i will tell u how it is :) 

If you're looking to have some multiplayer fun on your DS with your friends, I'd say get Metroid Prime: Hunters. My friends and I always play that in school together.

I would seriously recommend getting pokemon. I know you said your not a big fan, but this is supposedly the best pokemon game thus far (I wouldn't know because Dimand is my first pokemon game ever). It's long, lots of things to do, pokemon to catch/train, wi-fi, the trade center place, etc.

But if you really don't like pokemon, i would agree with samurai and kurbi guy, and get DOS.
