Funny how I never needed it with the DS, but now that I needed an alarm clock, I noticed that the 3DS didn't have one. Had to pull out the Lite to set an alarm to wake myself up this morning. I don't understand why Nintendo would remove such a simple feature from their system. It still tells the time.. why not leave the alarm clock feature in? Anyone else miss the alarm clock?

They'll bring it back. You'll just have to pay for it then download it.

Nintendo has released three clock applications on DSiWare. Maybe removing the alarm clock from the system is their attempt to get us to actually buy those things.

I have an alarm clock in my room, so I don't need it. :)

My alarm clock is a Sony Dream Machine, it fricken projects your time on your wall (it has a mini projector on it). I love that, I can just look at the ceiling and there is the time displayed.

The 3DS killed the alarm too? This is getting worse every day.

Did you really use it or are you just looking for faults?

I REALLY use it. A lot. And I'm not looking for faults, I wish I didn't find anything bad.

once the DSi ware store opens up, you can buy a mario clock which has many different mario tunes for alarms
