I got the DS Phat on launch and then upgraded to the DS lite on launch. I really want the Gold Zelda DS but I already have PH and my mom won't let me geta 3rd DS:P.
I got a silver phat one first, then moved to a black japanese phat one, and then i got a black lite on from europe, then later got a black lite from US...:)
I have the original DS i bought back in 2005. But it's picking up some scratches on the outer shell part, and the touch screen is getting stupid when the stylus is turned a certain way, i don't know. Once i have a good amount of money, i'll be buying a DS Lite in a bundle with something.

I had my phat one before the Lite existed and I don't consider buying a DSLite a waste of money at all. Also trading in my Phat would be a waste of the good money I paid for it in the first place. So what's the problem?
I'm on my 5th one just had no luck with the other 4..i first had a phat but the battery wasnt working so i got a lite(returned it to the store and they gave me a new one), then the L button broke because i played MPH too much(it was under warranty luckily), then the new one the screens were all screwed up. there were pixels out all over the place and then i replaced it under warranty, and then my 4th DS the touch screen would not work so i had to send it back again....hope fully 5th times the charm...nothing has been wrong with it so far*knocks on wood*
