Hey guys,

like the title implies, How can I make my Wii into a Media Center? I tried Orb(s) [tried many versions], but the video is slow and I can't find a fix for it. What else can I use to be able to stream video from my PC to the Wii using it's Internet Browser. I don't want anything that I have to jailbreak/mod/whatever my Wii.

Much Appreciated!

Hey thanks for replying :) I did read about that somewhere else, but I don't have and SD Card :C well i do, but it's only 1GB and it's full of Virtual Console/Wiiware games... I'll use this as a last resort, until then I just wanna make sure if there's no other way of making it like media center.

That sounds way more fun, in my opinion.

I tried using Winamp Remote and it seems to play a lot of the movies and music. You are able to play it through the Browser and its better than anything. Yeah I agree with the one poster about Wii not being right for a Media Center. It wasn't built for that sort of thing.

Ya the Wii is a joke in terms of media and it usually does not bother me because it really focus on interesting software.

The same way you turn your TV set into an acoustic bass guitar.
