Gold and Silver Theory

I know there are 100's of posts about a gold and silver game but I came up with a new theory. It's about Crystal, Emerald, and Platinum.

Gold=Metal

Silver=Metal

Crystal=Gem-like substance

Sapphire= Gem

Ruby=Gem

Emerald=Precious Stone

Diamond=Precious Stone

Pearl=Precious Stone-Like Thing

Platinum=Metal

Each of the third games in a generation (i.e. platinum) is the same type of substance as the next game in the series.

Think I kinda knew this already

but im thinking colors like pokemon blue red yellow silver gold like the manga.

Yeah and I just read that it was confirmed yesterday. My mistake.
