First Trailer of Super Smash Bros. 4 To Be At Nintendo Direct

Sakurai tweeted today that a trailer for Super Smash Bros. 4 will be shown during the E3 Nintendo Direct on June 11th. Previously, Iwata said that we'll get images of the game at E3 but now it looks like a trailer was prepared.

Sakurai will also be in LA during E3, so perhaps we'll get some substancial information about the game.

I think we knew we'd atleast see the first screen shots of the game, but a trailer hasn't really been mentioned or confirmed untill now.

This Direct Connect is going to make or break the WiiU, and in a sense, Nintendo's home console line for me.  I really hope I am blown away.

It just said 'surpise'.  I'm sure it'll be another game in their mainstay franchises like Street Fighter, Resident Evil or something else, hopefully a new Megaman title.  But a Megaman reveal would be unreal.

On topic: I am not a huge Smash Bros. fan but I am getting pretty amped up for this one. I am glad there will be a trailer at E3 and not just screen shots. They really need to nail this game. 

My god this is getting annoying. Iwata NEVER said screenshots!!! He simply said WE WOULD SEE SMASH BROS AT E3! Screenshots was never said. But cant wait to see the trailer. Course it will be the 3DS version.

I think Nintendo is waiting far too long to pull out the big titles. The Wii U is struggling badly and I feel they should have at least announced one of their major titles by now.TheLordMagnus

I see people go nuts for this IP but man every time I rented it on GameCube/Wii it's just incredibly boring. I really try to go into with an open mind. I love all of Nintendo's Characters, but I don't see the draw of them fighting each other.Elem187
