Not meaning to complain or anything, but mine seems to be a bit loose (not enough to just come out or anything)

It moves around a bit.

And also, where the A B X Y buttons are, if I press down on the plastic casing it kind of squeaks.

I only bought this about a week ago, anyone else have problems like this or similar?

That seems strange. Get it checked out as the squeaky buttons are abnormal.

Maybe you should send it in to Nintendo.

I've got nothing wrong with my Lite, although mine is still fairly new.

It's not a volume switch, it's a slider; it's crap and was a poor design choice.

Ah yeah, true, come to think of it, I had a few fights with it to get the perfect sound, always went too low or too high.

EXACTLY how loud is the squeak? Mine squeaks but it is EXTREMELY mild, it has to be totally quiet to be able to hear the tiny squeak.

I think it might be the luck of the draw. My D pad is extremely loose and the diagonals barely work, but my friend's is flawless.
