Well,

Im thinking of buying a Wi-Fi chip and was wondering if I should also try to pickup the web browser. Or atleast get the web browser sometime soon. Is it worth it?

Opinions Please

                                     Thx In Advance

Umm, in my opinion, I would say that is it worthless. I've heard that the load times are rediculous. And who REALLY needs to surf the net via their DS???

I have been using the DS browser for 3 months now. I bought it since it sounded cool. Well, I used it much more than expected. My PC is in the basement, my room on the top floor. So I use it to check mail and newssites before I go to bed. Yes, it's slow, but it works nice as a supplement to your PC.

i had a psp browser and im sure its pretty much the same for the ds and for text files it was relatively quick but it took FOREVER to load jpegs  and on the psp it would always say mem full if u visted certain sites (ie this one) i guess its pretty cheap and ull use it every now and then but if u have access to a comp at all times then it is pointless

It depent on the complexity of the site. Some sites loads in around seconds, others with lot of pictures can take a minute.
