It's good you get so into what you're playing. You're probably getting some decent exercise lol.

The majority of the games I play just require minimal wrist movements. Not a big deal at all.

I wouldnt know. All the Wii games I've played barely use the motion controls, and the ones that do, use it unimaginatively.

Most Wii games dont require you to swing your arms around like a maniac, thats kind of all up to you, dont blow out a rotator cuff doing it though.

What game are you playing? No, my arms don't get tired from playing for extended periods of time because I'm playing games that don't require whatever you're doing.

NEVER!! The Wii is great for forwarding a head on new Tech on fun! Plus it's good workout. But it does suck I have to stop playing for a day or two for sore arms. LOL

Only happens when i play baseball on Wii Sports. We swing the wiimote as hard as we can and it usually strains the muscles. Other than that, its pretty decent casual exercise :)

I play Wii boxing sometimes untill I'm sweating. My arms hurt when I swing too hard.

I'm almost 'pro' now.

Only two games have actually tired me a bit: Wii Sports and Zack and Wiki (the latter mainly being on the last level). Other titles I could pretty much play for hours on end without getting sore.

Try going for a jog a few times a week. Only takes about half an hour. It will amaze you how it makes everything else seem so much easier.

Not really no, I can't say the Wii is tiring. Now the eyetoy, that can be tiring, I used the kinetic fitness thingy and it really did improve my fitness level :). Some times the nunchuck makes my thumb a little sore using the analogue stick I guess:?.

I don't know what you're playing. I've never gotten tired over Wii. I don't swing my arms around or anything. Slight wrist flicks are fine for me.

I've gotta admit, the first day I played I felt fine...but the next day my arms and shoulders were killing me. Playing Wii Sports in particular utilizes muscles that you usually wouldn't use so much. So just like with any other muscles that suddenly get a concentrated workout, you feel it the next day. Once you're in the habit of playing though, it's nothing. I've got the strongest shoulder blades on earth!

i know man when i play boxing or the boxing mini game were you have to hit as many punching bags as you can. that make me seaw a good amount. by the way my rcord for that is 20( woot woot ). also base ball home run durbe makes me brake a sweat or to. I think its a combo of large movements and my warm room lol.

No, no game requires "swinging" motions of the arm. I hate when people and the media go EXERCISE AND GET IN SHAPE WITH THE WII! Its not for that, Ive never actually moved except for my wrist a little, and all that might do is cause carpal tunnel.

Until you do rowing On mario and sonic go to the olympics then don't tell me that your'e out of shape if it gets hard. I'm in fine shape and that rowing level kills my arms.
