Are there any majorly replayable games on 3DS?

I know I'm posting a lot, but I'm oddly stressed out. I tried playing Monster Hunter 3, but I just can't get into it. And I'm going to get New Leaf soon...but I can't think of any others. I really just want single-player games that can go on-and-on, you know? Does anyone know any games like that?

Fire Emblem has always been a series that you can get massive replay out of if you are the number crunching kind of guy, Tales of the Abyss has a 40-50 hour campaign with a new game plus mode. Samaruai Warriors Chronicles is supposed to have a boatload of content.

Honestly I haven't replayed any games yet because they're all fairly long. Harvest Moon: a New Beginning and Animal Crossing really don't end, but you could start over and not be bored. Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask is probably worth playing twice because there are a lot of hidden puzzles that you may not get the first time (and it's fun to try and get as many picarats as you can).

Etrian Odyssey IV and Shin Megami Tensei IV are both very long rpgs, and both are excellent.

Kid Icarus and Theatrhythm Final Fantasy both have high replayability, as does Mario Kart 7 if you don't already have that.

There's also Heroes of Ruin, you can play through that with four different characters in single player. The monetary system within the game gets kind of broken towards the end though.

Harvest Moon: A new Beginning and Harvest Moon A tale of two towns. Both games are simulations, and should go on without end. If you like animal crossing, you should feel somewhat at home with those two games. Fire Emblem: Awakening and Etrian Odyssey IV are two games that are said to be over 100hrs

Mario Kart 7, the online mode is great. Yeah Harvest Moon: A New Beginning seems like you could put some real hours into it. I'm close to 15 hours in and feel like I'm just scratching the surface.

Samurai Warriors Chronicles kept me playing all the way through the first year of the system's lifespan. I still pop it in from time to time for a battle or three.

Mario Kart 7. Arguably the best online game for the 3DS... It's also quite the challenge to try and 3 star everything.

The only game I ever replay is Monster Hunter but since you don't like it...hmm...try Animal Crossing, that's a game you can get back to over and over again.

See, this is why not I'm not sure on borrowing a copy from my friend. It looks fun, but I don't want to do what I did with FE:A and borrow it from him only to start from scratch when I buy it, if I buy it.

I'm not able to vouch for the series, yet Rune Factory 4 is coming out this week...looks interesting.

I liken it to an Animal Crossing with swords & babes.
