3ds Error messages / system crashing?

I'm playing the new ghost recon on my 3ds and it's crashed once (screen went black) and twice it's said "Error Has Occurred. Hold down the POWER Button to turn the power off." I looked at support.nintendo.com and they say if it happens more, to send it in for repair...i dont know if i want to do that so hastily.

i heard that certian games are causing the 3ds to crash? anyone else have this problem?

So you got what is known as the "3D black screan that pops out at you of death"

OH NO!! it's THE BSOD!!! just send it in bro. They'll give you a new one. Send it without the SD card.
