Will they EVER release the REmake with updated controls?!

I'm trying to see if REmake is available on the Eshop, and I have to admit, I just want them to release this game with a damn controls update.

I would probably play this game more than any other game I freaking own if they would just release it with an option to switch from the damn tank controls to a more traditional 3D control layout (a la, what Silent Hill did).

If the argument here is that the game would be too easy, then I would say a game should NOT be difficult because the controls are awful...

You do realize changing up the entire control scheme of a video game is quite time consuming, right?

thats impossible. the whole game is built around those controls.

they would have to make a remake of a remake.

How about Capcom focuses on releasing a new game that isn't poo instead?

@Essian: I would rather see a reboot since the story in RE is so convoluted and should have ended at CVX or at 5 since those did wrap up the main story. 6 was a sad attempt for fan fare sadly. with a reboot they can go back to the original game story and idea, also change thing around to create scares with the updated controls and camera.

hell they could do something like they did with 6 (3 different campaigns) like Rebecca and Billy for the CO OP missions from resident evil 0, then jill and chris story as a single/multiplayer missions from RE, and single player missions with Jill running away from nemesis. kind of like umbrella chronicles just not as a rail shooter though.
