first off i like the wii tbh with you guys but theres like no good games for it. Theres not a variety to choose from and the upcoming releases show like maybe 15-18 games and half of them sound dumb. I dont know what to do at this point trade it for a 360 or keep it. I need some convinving...............

Listnen to him. If you want more shooters, go for the 360. Because of that, I don't want to buy the 360. All I want to play on this console is Blue Dragon.

when i mean it doesnt have good games i was meaning to say release games. They got "bad" ratings can somebody give me a personal overview of redsteel and splinter cell all those games. I just rented carbon and its pretty damn fun. ^^
way to do the research before buying a console. try looking at the games available before spending your money. You're taking a console away from someone who actually wants one. sounds like a troll to me.

ratings are based on personal preference. you cant judge a game based on its rating. you have to try it for yourself. if you dont want to buy a game, rent it first.

Uh oh, seems you'll be moderated for censor bypassing, it happened to me too. Also, you should hang onto your wii (anyone that laughs at that sentence is childish) and wait for the good games to come out.

im not basing them on ratings im stressing the fact that they have some games come out than a huge gap then some games come out that is what is kind of makin me iffy.
Super Paper Mario is coming out in a month or two, and Mario Party 8 is coming out in less than a month. Also, get some virtual console games. There are some great games that can hold you over. The classic games are a big selling point.
If you sell your Wii that may be a dumb decision that ya'll regret... especially when you find out how good metroid prime 3, Super Smash bros, and Mario Galaxy is. Trust this.
well that's what the VC is there for. When times are slow, you have some older games to go back to. there are also a great number of gamecube games that you could pick up if nothing interests you on the Wii. i would hold onto if i were because there are going to be some great games coming out. There a few in the next month or 2. Sonic, SSX Blur, Mario Party 8, TMNT looks pretty sweet. Then of course you have Metroid and Mario later in the year. Plus there will be some unexpected games that come out, or some hidden gems that won't get a lot of publicity. But there is always going to be slow times for every system.

It's your own fault your in this predicament. you could have looked at all the consoles and saw what games are best suited for you needs. personally i think the wii has the best games and there are more to come. it just takes patients. after all its only been out for 4 months. give it time or go buy a 360. otherwise stop wasting our time becuase its not mine nor anyone elses to "convince" you of anything.

im just merely pointing out that people make poor choices with there money. at my school there is a kid that just purchased a wii. a total jock and i thought to myself why in the h*** would he do this. he would have been way more satisfied with a 360 considering they have excellent sports games and great online support. decisions like this make me wonder why people dont think clearly. in your case i also wonder. i always look at all the consoles and what games they offer. i love nintendo for all the great first party franchises (mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc.) if your not into those types of games then i believe your at a loss.
wii games are different right now, don't forget that pretty much every system "sucks" at game-choice when they first come out (though WII has zelda). buy zelda, wario, and some VC games.
