Day 1 updates are the new day 1 pack in codes.
Content is probably just locked on the disc anyway, so no need for codes. I guess no one cares about retailers breaking street date on Wii U games, its not like you could play them anyway. SepewrathNo, there definitely should be a ticket inside of the box.

Most games don't have booklets anymore
You can thank all those hippie people who recycle and want to save trees for that.
That's just propaganda. They just want to save money.[QUOTE="Jaysonguy"][QUOTE="Heirren"]This might disappoint some but, there's no booklet! Perhaps wiiu booklets will be digital, viewable on the gamepad?Fightingfan

Just like the new cases didn't save anyone any money, the cost to outfit their plants with the new case pieces and then the higher number of discs they have to replace means more money lost.
But they can't say anything because someone might stop hugging their tree and throw red paint on them for wearing a pair of leather sneakers at some point in their life.
They're still making inserts, just not manuals. The cost difference between printing inserts and manuals is negligible on such a large scale.

I am trying to save video games. Video games have become crap after new gamer casuals like him have ruined them by making them all generic 4 hour mediocre "games" that are linear, cinematic, bare bones and have little to no gameplay.
I am trying to save video games from the shooter epidemic that is killing them.

My flamebait detector is going off man. Happy to have a discussion about this with you if you really feel there is merit to what you're suggesting.

It's ok that you're casual, you're talking on the Wii section of the site for God's sake

This is actually the first COD game I have ever bought. My main reason was for the coop with the tv/gamepad. I picked up Black Ops 2, along with Zombie U, Mario, and of course Nintendo Land as the pack-in.sorry that you got a horrible pewpewer, TC. My condolences.

[QUOTE="Kaze_no_Mirai"]Can you post a pic of the back of the box? :POreoMilkshake
the only time epic and Call (Clone) of Duty should be used together is 'epic fail' and 'Clone of Duty', as in, "Clone of Duty is epic fail".

Thanks! I saw that apparently no one received a code for Nuketown but Activision confirmed it on their site. You should try emailing Amazon and Activision or wherever you ordered from.Kaze_no_MiraiI know they're not going to deal with it. There's 14 other maps to play so I'm fine.

But yeah if you don't want to go through the trouble it's understandable. Maybe the map will just be in the disc? Or downloaded through the eShop.

It's ok that you're casual, you're talking on the Wii section of the site for God's sake
it being the wii/wiiu forum has nothing to do with being casual. To me being casual means you merely play games to kill time your not really playing for a deeper experience or difficulty and you rarely play buy games. Part of what makes you a casual are the games you play, if your playing social network games.solitaire, childrens' games, tetris, basically little games that you prolly wouldn't play for more than an hour then yes your a casual. I won't deny 2/3 of the wii library and some of multiplats are better experience on the other consoles. But that does not mean someone who's interested in wii.wiiu is a casual, you don't know the person at all. It might be my opinion but to me most dedicated gamers are multiplat gamers, if they don't own all the current gen console they prolly own 2 of themHe's basically bullying you and trying to make fun of the fact that you enjoy a particular video game franchise he happens to not enjoy.[QUOTE="bonesawisready5"][QUOTE="Heirren"] I don't understand.Jaysonguy

Angry Birds, just like Farmville are very casual games made for people who dislike video games.Celsius765

There's nothing wrong with being a casual gamer or playing casual games. I don't know why anyone wants to separate themselves from them. And Angry Birds is very fun. I don't know why anyone would say Angry Birds players are people "who hate games". That's such an oxymoron, because they're obviously playing the game because they enjoy, therefore they can't hate games.[QUOTE="Kaze_no_Mirai"] Maybe the map will just be in the disc? You don't know that. All other DLC is coming to the Wii U, the box of the game even says "add-on content". NukeTown is "add-on content" after all.I googled and ended up here -http://www.callofduty.com/blackops2/nuketown-2025
Then I clicked on 'pre-order'
Then I noticed I had the option to click Wii U.
But, I also noticed that on PC, Xbox 360, PS3 - all of these have the Nuketown 2025 insignia in the foreground over the standard boxart. The Wii U does not :(
Who knows if this means anything, it could be an innocent oversight. But, I'm unimpressed.
