Which is the better phone?

Different phones aimed at different parts of the smartphone market. A closer comparison would be the S5 v Iphone 5. The S5 is far better. Hell the S4,S3 are also better than Iphone 5.

Yes. Watermelons are better than Cantaloupe, blue berries are better than raspberries, and purple is better than pink. Hey, while we're here giving comparisons based of opinions, the iPhone 5 is FAR far better than the S5.

Opinions a side if you try to be objective the s5 is the more capable device.

Spec wise, the Note 3 is vastly superior and it is can even be somewhat comparable to the iPhone 6 is some ways.

Not what he asked and you just gave a biased opinion on what you think. The fact is, iPhone vs the Note 3, the Note 3 wins in every single category. Better screen, better processor, more ram etc. Spec wise the Note 3 is a beast. Thought if you want a Note, wait for the Note 4 that comes out next month.

@fred_flatulence: Do you want to use your phone with one hand or do you not mind requiring two hands to operate it? That's the first thing folks should be asking.
