Your First system?

What was your first system? Myne was Either Super Nintendo, or N64. Till this day, I still have both consoles.

NES - got it in 1988 - opened it up and fixed the pins/cleaned everything a few months ago - working just like it did then.

Atari 2600.

Snes. Still have it and it still works great

Dreamcast

Does game boy color count if not the ps 2

Gameboy Pocket, and the only game I had for it was mario. But a year ago I passed it on to my nephew, he's now a gamer. It brings tears of joy to my eyes. :cry:

The first console that i played was an Atari 2600 in let's say 1989, it wasn't mine, it was my uncle's, i still remember playing Moon Patrol a lot(that game was great), later in 1990 i think, i got my NES with Super Mario Bros, i still have both the Atari and my NES and they still work fine.

NES. Still have it though I haven't played it in many years.

NES, man I miss that thing.

The first one in my house was my dad's NES, but he sold it when I was 3. The first one that was mine was the N64 I got when I was 6. It is still on the shelf hooked up to my TV today.

My first system was the Commodore 64 got in 1990 i belive think i was 6years old at the time :)

Gamecube. My brothers had a ps2 and I wanted a console for myself (I actually wanted a ps2 myself but my brother said don't waste money we already have one) so I asked Santa for a gamecube and got it on a wonderful christmas morning along with Zelda Colector's edition and Starfox.

Mine was a SNES my Dad bought me in 1992. I don't have that original SNES but I do still have a SNES.

The first system I got with my own money was Sega Genesis.

Ha ha. Kind of like me and my father. He used to play games too and He gave me a Genesis.

I got 4 systems on the same day, I got the Sega GEnesis, the Game boy color, the SNES and the N64 all on the same day (the first chrisstmas after the N64 was launched.) My next system was a PS1 a year later I believe

NES had it really ever since I can remember. Don't have my original buti still have one.

My mom owned a NES before I was born; I play it a lot. But the first system I owned JUST for me was the Nintendo 64... Such fond memories...

EDIT: And to think that this is my 64th post XD

Atari 7800. I remember the original mario brothers. Man was it different than any of the ones out today. You smashed the floor underneath enemies with your head and then you went and kicked them when they were down. Mario didn't always like to fight a fair fight apparently :)

Colecovision. I had Popeye, Carnival, Smurf's Paint & Play, and Donky Kong. I may have had a few other games, but don't recall.

Sega Mega Drive, so many memories.

My first system was a Genesis that came bundled with Sonic 2. A lot of good memories from that system. Unfortunately I sold it off back when I was a stupid kid so I don't have the console or any of my old games anymore. But I did a get a new genesis (complete with box, instructions, and all that good stuff) several years ago. Now just I have to rebuild my genesis collection...
