So I bought Shadow of Mordor, installed it, and played it. Loved it. Determined I'd never sell it. So I returned the preowned copy, got my 55 bucks back, bought a 50$ MS card and bought Shadow of Mordor for 30 bucks.

So I've got some questions:

Will I need to uninstall the physical version and install the digital?

Will my saved game work with the digital copy?

Answers would be great, thanks.

No you won't have to re-install it... it should work as is once you've purchased it on XBL.

And your game save should work too.

Very clever.

The "entire" game is not entire with the install, the console installs a part of the game and the rest needed to run the game is in the disc ( that´s why you need the disc to run the game ), when you get a digital copy the part of the game missing is now available so the game can run without the disc.
