Worst game you've beaten

Did you ever buy a game that was so bad you just wanted to break the cd/cartridge into pieces in frustration, but you actually played to the very end 'because you paid money for it'?

I could name Kreed, a russian game, unreleased in the usa, a very bad game, that cost me about $6. I actually forced myself to the end of that. Painful.

Did you guys do anything like that?

Yeah, Warrior within is the worst of the series, I hated it when I made it to the end and it gave me a dummy end boss battle and end sequence 'cause I hadn't gotten all the secret fountains. Man, I had to youtube the real ending! It's not that bad though, all considered.

By the way, what's Kablooey about? I think it's a SNES game, right?

No kidding. First time I meet someone who got a Virtual Boy. Was it really bad as they say? Do you still own it?

Mission Impossible for the Nintendo 64. The music was pretty cool, and that's what probably kept me playing. I rented it though..don't if that counts. majadamus

Yup, rented games count as well. Borrowed games too. Actually, any game will do if it was bad for you and you made it to the end.

lol I rented one when they came out, just to see what it was like. It was a really cool concept, but man, it seriously gives you headaches after an hour or so of playing, and you need to position it -just- right so you don't strain your neck or back while playing. It was such a crazy console. The 3D aspect was pretty awesome though, albeit quite disorienting.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and Resident Evil 0.

The entire time I spent playing those games all I could do was ask myself; "Why am I playing this game?"

Both games got good reviews so I guess I was hoping they would get better towards the end. They didn't. I guess reviews aren't everything.

It didn't generate much hype either, it was just made to fill the gap while waiting for the Nintendo 64. I had already heard it made you sick after a while. Now you confirmed it lol

Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles for the NES. Not sure why... damn that game was a stress-test. It only sticks in my mind because at the time I also had a huge bag of TMHT themed candies, which I'm ashamed to say I ate all of while slowly losing my mind over that damn underwater/bombs level.

Also The Lost World: Jurassic Park on the PS. It was the first game I got with my Playstation, but I was excited anyway 'cus I finally had a Playstation. Another fustrating game, but dinosaurs still kick-ass.

Halo: Combat Evolved.

If it had some less painfully repetitive, tedious levels it might have been an enjoyable game.

DRIV3R for pc. And I don't know why, becouse that game was hard.Hell_Dude

Did I mention the fact that Driv3r is a very very bad game?
