You're with a group of people in the American North East and there's a virus outbreak or something. You have to fight animals and plants infected by the virus or plant or whatever. The area is quarantined so I think you have to fight normal people too. It was announced a while ago in GameInformer a while back, but they said it's not coming out until 2009.
Prototype is the one with the guy in New York City where you have super powers, like morphing body parts and super strength, and devour people and take their memories. It's pretty much, Hulk: Ultimate Destruction with a smattering of plot.
