Go to the web interface for that router find the "Wireless mode" drop down. Set it to "Client". Enter the SSID of the first router, and your WPA Public key if you've set one. Set the IP address of the second router to a different address on your network (for example ... if your first router has an IP address of 192.168.1.1, you could set the client router to 192.168.1.2)
Once you do that, your second router will act as a wireless bridge to your first router. Any device that you plug into your second router via ethernet will be bridged to the first router.
