I originally had it at Deus Ex: Human Revolution since it's basically the only game like it on the ps3/360, but then came Skyrim (still think DE is a great game).
Skyrim really keeps blowing me away with how amazing it is, so I wouldn't be surprised if it gets GOTY from a lot of sites/magazines/etc...
Though, idk how it scored lower than Dark Souls on GS. I've played both and the framerate is so bad at times in DS that I went to and below 1 fps (I wish this was a lie, as I do really like that game as well), while Skyirm really doesn't have any gamebreaking bugs. I call the DS one gamebreaking since you have to go through the menu to exit the game without corrupting your data and it took around 5 minutes for the menu to even come up, causing me to almost loose my data (20 hours of gameplay) if it just froze as it nearly did.
