For me, it's Knights of the Old Republic 3, Star Wars Battlefront 3, and Kingdom Hearts 3. I already know the first one isn't going to happen, at least anytime soon, but a guy can dream, can't he? What about you guys?
I defiantly want a KOTOR 3 - I'm sure everyone got cheesed off when Bioware said they were doing a MMO. It looks good still and I'll most likely give it a go but still wish for a single player version.
There's way too many to name, hehe. But those I want the most are: 1. Okami 2 (still my most favourite game ever) 2. Dungeon Keeper 3 (one that stays true to its formula though, would be pathetic if EA turns it into a casual shooter) 3. Vanquish 2 (anyone who played this gem would probably agree that this game desperately deserves a sequel. Easily one of the best shooters out there)

They already did that with Okamiden on the DS. Not quite the sequel everyone was expecting (thought it would have continued Amaterasu's story), but hey, it was pretty swell.
Half-life 3 or Half-Life 2: episode three Fallout 4 Dino Crisis 4 Spore 2 Assassin's Creed III Bulletstorm 2 Homefront 2 Just Cause 3 Mafia III Zoo Tycoon 3
Half Life 3, Warcraft IV, a new Chrono on par with the other two(meaning Square Enix would have no hand in its development), and Fallout 4(for next gen).
I'm still hoping for a Mirror's Edge 2. I wish all the Halos from 3 till Reach would be made on pc. Also like someone mentioned a good Spyro/Crash game like in the ps1 days would be cool. Doupt those will happen but hey like you said a guy can dream, right? Anyway that's all I can think of atm.
I know a lot of people didn't care about Heavy Rain and/or Indigo Prophecy but I would love to see another game of that genre. It wouldn't be a sequel per se so, sorry if it's off-topic. I just think the industry needs more of those right now. I wish there were more adventures games incorporating this system, as opposed to the traditional point-and-click ones popping up every time or so.
