To the right in the Vital Stats box on a game's page it says what rank it is out of 42,818 and I've always wondered what game is ranked 42,818. Does anyone know what it is?

I would assume that it's E.T. Either that, or it's a not-rated game.

Well since people such as your self, are curious as to which game is last, they will search for it (along with many) thus making the game a little popular, and moving it up. The last games at that list constantly shift. And why would ET be at the bottom, it is known as one of the worst games of all time, and is constantly talked about when people make a list of best/worst games of all time, so it is largely known and will be searched for.
