...that you can only purchase on the PSN or XBL, like Braid or Outland? PSN games? XBL games?

I call them "games". There's no point in grouping them in a separate category, and they have very little in common with each other (Outland, for example, is a Ubisoft game. Braid was made by one guy essentially by himself)
They are generally referred to as arcade games.

Arcade game:
Good one, smartass.
Some of the first games to be brought over as download-only on XBL were small, score-attack type games. These elements make up the foundation of many older arcade games.
Probably why Microsoft calls them "arcade" games. And consequently why they are referred to as arcade games by many people. http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/games/xboxarcadegames

The 360 has boxed "small, score-attack type games". Does it mean that boxed 360 games are arcade games?
The Walking Dead is not, not, not, NOT an arcade game, but it can be downloaded. Find another way to call it ("game" is just fine, if you ask me. Or "video game" if you want to get all technical)
