Watch Dogs Season Pass includes new character story?

So does this mean this will be a prequel to a potential sequel? According to Gamestop there will be a new character in the Season Pass. This might also be a character included in the main story like in the last Assassin's Creed game. What do you think?

Oh i agree, i told people this in february that the DLC was done in January and people in here didn't have a problem with it. See what happens
