Watch dogs: can consoles really handle it?

I have seen the awesome gameplay demo of Watch dogs at E3 and the game for me can't be at current gen consoles. I don't think they can handle the graphics. The true awesome of the game will be seeing on pc.

Well, if animations are prebaked, draw distance is shortened, and the game devided into cells resetting themselves after the player leaves, then yeah current gen consoles should have no problems running the game.
